First, The plaintiff says he hired the defendant to work for him, but he had to fire her for disrespect. He claims she showed up with a group of men who started shooting at him and then she stole his property, so he suing. The defendant says the plaintiff was a terrible boss who slept with employees. She quit because he failed to pay her, so she’s suing for unpaid wages and emotional distress.

Then, The plaintiff says the defendant was her miracle baby, born against all odds. She said all was well until middle school, when he ran with the wrong crowd and got into trouble. She’s suing him for unpaid rent. The defendant says he started using pot at age 8, which led to meth, heroin, and oxy. He’s now two years sober.

Plus, The plaintiff says she grew up thinking one man was her dad, but he was in and out of her life. He told her that she had other siblings, so the plaintiff petitioned the court for a DNA test to see if the defendant is her half-sister. The defendant says her parents were married and she never knew her father potentially cheated. She thinks the plaintiff is her half-sister and is eager to learn the truth.
