This Discussion was about who Elijah is, where he came from what he does in his Branch the challenges of being a shop steward talked about his learning curve filing grievances. Discussed many other topics fun topics and the perfect workroom floor. The question was why the union and why did you step up? We also discussed our concerns about the National Union and we went into the 5 steps that all Stewards must do before they become a steward this was awesome, and I think everyone will enjoy this conversation.
