The final part of the husband joining us is afoot. He gives some advice, and we wrap things up with a pretty bow.
This one hurt a little, but we're going to be talking some of the crappy parts in our marriage. Join us, won't you?

You asked, I delivered. My husband sits down with me and we start talking about our relationship and how BPD can affect different parts of it. This is the first of a 3 part series, and I cannot wait to bring the next two to you. Until next week: stay hot, stay messy.

I figured I should give a little perspective on how the brains of BPD work within a romantic relationship before we dove into the much anticipated couple episodes with my husband. This was a really rough one for me to record, so I appreciate you guys taking the time out to give it a listen.
Why is BPD so stigmatized? I go over a couple reasons where TikTok can't ban me. There's also a little something if you feel like you're trying but some people don't see it.

Y'all, I'm in a mood. It's been a rough week, and a lot of things need to be said but I'll stick with just these two points.
The ADHD part of my brain took over last week and I decided to add a couple of notes onto this past week's episode. I know the episodes are short, but there's a lot to explaining different facets of BPD. They'll get longer as the podcast grows (and as I unpack things I didn't expect to in therapy).

How do Borderlines view friendships? Why are we so tired, and why are we so "dramatic"? Tune in to find out, and to hear how recording episodes go with a domestic zoo full of chaos demons.
Welcome to the first episode of Hot Mess Espresso! Please forgive the audio snafoos, I'm still learning the editing end and it will definitely improve over the next few episodes :)
In this episode we talk about what BPD is, and how I personally related to each of the characteristics.
