Nat and Tara, along with Lauren, share their first impressions of the documentary and discuss the premise of the plant-based diet. Points mentioned:

• not discussing the benefits of animal protein and only showcasing high-intensity athletes who have a team of experts planning their diets.
• nutrient deficiencies that can occur in a plant-based diet and the importance of nutrition literacy.
• the documentary cherry-picks data and narratives that work for its premise, rather than looking at the bigger picture. Lauren emphasizes the power of plants in supporting one's health, but also advocates for a well-balanced diet that includes animal products.
