Human beings crave stability and routine. Yet we find ourselves tired, not enjoying life, on a never-ending escalator or hamster wheel.

So maybe part of the answer to get rid of that is change…

Change is the only constant and part of life

Change is scary! Human beings crave safety and routine. Good to a certain extent…but shifting/pivoting…those are the conduit to new and desired outcomes!

Death is change…yet rarely discussed in our society.

We can't fathom certain changes

Two things we can and should do with change.

1-Embrace change:

It’s a catalyst of new desired results…

2-Accept it as a constant in life that change is a fact of life. And our acceptance can decrease our resistance and suffering and lighten our load.

Clients come to me with various issues. And they feel stuck.

Well what is the way out when you’re doing the same things again and again?

Change!

I'm not suggesting changing careers or making huge changes quickly…although if you want to you should go ahead…you can always change your mind.

But if you are resistant to change, I encourage you to take a baby step to make some type of change. If you regularly get a certain latte, try something else, do something small outside of your comfort zone.

Book a trip somewhere different Embracing change: 1. Go with your instinct 2. Know you can always change your mind 3. Imagine the possibility of something different 4. Think that you could be one change away from your dream of some sort

Accepting change: 1. Knowing it is always happening 2. It’s a constant in life 3. It is often the currency of our desired outcome and results.

These practices that I’ve discussed today: Embracing change Accepting change

Both are tools to help us be energized and find peace and joy every day.

Enrollment is open for my foundational group coaching program for professional moms who want to end burnout and overwhelm to finally have peace of mind and joy daily. Book a call priancanaikmdcoaching.as.me and apply to work with me. I would love to talk to you the link is in the show notes.
