Mindset, is the key word in this podcast.  College coaches understand that you may have to take time off, have a gym shut down or have no competitions.  But, how are you managing yourself through this time?  What are you doing that shows them that you are working just as hard under new circumstances?  Have you pushed the reset button and created a new mindset?  Are you getting stronger, staying fit and conditioning for your comeback?  Show them everyday on your Instagram!  Prove to them that you have a plan and are focused on what you can be doing.  COVID, injuries and no competitions are opportunities for the college coach to see "who you really are under pressure".
