[13:29] "I need some support around something that came up last week. I'm working with the energy of showing up as the woman/wife I would be if I had the man/husband I deeply desire. I got really frustrated and mad last week when my husband said some hurtful things. It made me want to lash out at him, but I didn't. I simply told him that what he said was mean and that it hurt my feelings. He did end up apologizing, but inside I was raging. How do I continue to stay in the energy of showing up as the woman with the husband I desire when things like that happen, when the frustration is so present?"
