Joel Constable is a Director of Talent Development at Intuit, where he leads a portfolio of talent and leadership development offerings. Throughout his career, Joel has always been curious and interested in the intersection of culture, leadership development and driving lasting behavioral change from leadership programs.

During our conversation, Joel spoke about some of the common challenges with leadership development programs, and how he and his team have taken those into account as they’ve developed leadership programs at Intuit.
