Non-alcoholic beer is on the rise.  Non-alcoholic beer is one of the few market segments where beer is actually growing.  But non-alcoholic beer is hard to make, with many tasting “worty” or “stewed.”  One brewery that has cracked the code on how to make non-alcoholic beer that actually tastes good is Guinness, Ireland’s famed stout brewer.
