Cam Cathcart, a real estate investor based in St. Louis who resides in Maui, embarked on his real estate journey during his time as a pastor in Colorado. A financial turning point occurred when faced with a hefty medical bill for his daughter's emergency, prompting him to seek control over his finances through real estate. Cam and his wife initially earned $6,000 on their first house flip, in which they did the renovations themselves, inspiring them to purchase five more soon after.

Transitioning from working for noble causes with insufficient pay, both Cam and the Brian share their experiences of pivoting to entrepreneurship, emphasizing the challenge of breaking free from the comfort of a consistent paycheck.
