Expansions are still a major way I, and the people I work with are using to get in the self-storage business.

But a lot has changed since I first recorded this episode.

And yet, a lot remains the same.

Let’s take a look together at my past self, and my current self will share what is different today and what numbers I am currently using.

Now, as a cautionary disclosure, these are just numbers I am using, and one thing I know is your numbers will (or could) be different.

But remember, this is my preliminary Proforma numbers to see if a deal 3will work.

During the due diligence, I validate the assumptions with real numbers from contractors and a feasibility report.
