I'm asked this one a lot: how do you manage working with your friends?  It's a biggie!

My entire working life has involved navigating dual relationships in work and business. I'm so grateful to get to work with people I consider friends, but it's not without its challenges and I've learned to be thoughtful and deliberate in how I navigate this.  In today's episode I'm sharing some of my considerations and practices that have served me (and my personal and professional relationships) well.
