One of the most common requests I have from listeners is to share more about my goal setting / planning process. So here it is!

As we land at the end of the financial year, you might be thinking about goals for the twelve months ahead. While I tend to set personal intentions and goals according to the calendar year, in my business, I usually work with the financial year instead. 

In this episode I share my process for reflecting on the year that’s been, setting goals for the year ahead and most importantly, making sure I follow through on them! I hope you enjoy hearing about my process, and I’d love to know how you go with it if you choose to give it a go.
