Jane specialises in teaching you how to really listen. Listening is a lost art and often people don't feel heard (particularly in their formative years) so they find  ways as adults to be heard often through noise, yet it only  fills a void. What everyone  seeks  is some form of loving attention which comes through real listening. 

In this episode I speak to Jane about what led her to become a better listener and how it  has allowed her to create a successful career as an author and coach. She shares the impact listening has on your personal well-being  as well as your relationships.
