It's time to do a deep dive into how often we're actually washing our sheets. 
Because for one man in the UK, twice a year is much too little! 

Yvie tends to change them once a week, whereas Angie had no idea how to change them or how often until she moved out of home. 

Which brings us to the chat about emotional labour, and why in 2022 it's still majority of women picking up that slack around the home!
