https://gotohealthmedia.com/how-project-2025-will-change-healthcare-in-the-united-states-7-impact-on-public-health-programs/
Project 2025 will have enormous negative impact on Public Health Programs funded by our 50 State Departments of Health.  State public health programs are funded by a combination of State tax revenues and generous Federal revenues given to the States on an as-needed basis.  Project 2025 will greatly reduce Federal funding to the States, and necessitate cutbacks in programs and services which manage and maintain public health.
Red States will suffer more than Blue States because Red State tax revenues and budgets are smaller due to lower household incomes.
Examples of the programs that will be effected:
- Educating the public about diseases and prevention
- Managing vaccinations and public health emergencies
- Safety standards for workers, and compliance
- School nutrition programs
- Tracking and reporting statewide data for coordination at the Federal level
