Project 2025 will significantly reduce funds from the Federal Government to the States to provide medical coverage. Instead of the Federal Government providing funding as needed for:
insurance marketplaces
community health clinics
Accountable Care Organizations (ACO’s)
and Emergency Services

Project 2025 will replace this funding with limited Block Grants to each State, thereby producing significant savings at the Federal level.

The States’ uneven ability to provide medical services, due to varying household incomes and tax revenues by State, will create an undesirable patchwork of healthcare services and insurances across the 50 States, reducing health outcomes across America.
