Turning our attention away from the 2022 Arizona State Sun Devils football team briefly, we can't help but wonder what our former Sun Devils who departed the program this year to make the leap to the NFL are doing. In the 2022 NFL Draft, Arizona State University Sun Devils football saw four players get selected: Rachaad White (Tampa Bay Buccaneers), D.J. Davidson (New York Giants), Jack Jones (New England Patriots), and Chase Lucas (Detroit Lions). Four more, Darien Butler (Las Vegas Raiders), Curtis Hodges (Washington Commanders), Kellen Diesch (Miami Dolphins), and Dohnovan West (San Francisco 49ers), signed on as undrafted free agents. Through one week of the 2022 NFL preseason, all eight former Sun Devils remain with their respective teams, with some making some nice waves and showing off their skills that we became accustomed to seeing on Saturdays.
