By this point, you know my Director of Operations, Jayla Rae, pretty well! She’s been on the podcast several times and every time has been awesome and so, I thought it would be fun to introduce you to another member of our leadership team, Lindsey Deatsch.  Lindsey is our lead Launch Manager for the Launch Guild and she also manages all of my launches. She’s been with the team for almost a year and immediately was absolutely so amazing that we knew we wanted to keep her forever so, in November of this year, Lindsey because our 2nd full-time employee and it’s still amazing to see the huge difference she’s made on the team in such a short period of time.
