Calling all leaders! (Yes, this includes you!) Some of you may feel like you were born to be leaders. Others probably want to think of themselves as strong leaders but struggle with self doubt at times. And some of you probably don’t even want to be leaders, but rather feel more comfortable in your support role as a team member. All of these are okay! Whether you are the CEO of an agency, the right-hand in command, or a support team member, the fact of the matter is you are most likely a leader (whether you know it yet or not!), you are most likely leading someone, or there will come a day when you will be leading someone in some capacity. That’s why this episode is important for and applicable to everyone.

Today is all about how we as leaders can improve as leaders. I am sharing my four tips for leadership growth and improvement. Remember, leadership is a journey, not a destination.
