In this episode I talk about what happens when you begin to accept the present moment and 'what is' happening in your life as it is  right now. You may not be able to change the conditions immediately, but you can learn to respond differently to your circumstances. That's when freedom and inner peace will appear. 

Now if you are in very difficult situation, do the best to protect yourself (if it's damaging) however, realise you always have a choice to do or do not. Either way there is freedom by making a choice. 

In spirit, everything has been sent to you for your highest good and especially for your souls growth and journey. Each of us has a unique adventure and journey to fulfil, but ultimately life is about learning to love and be loved. 

When you respond to life you are loving and when you are reacting to life you are running the old programmes. Discover why acceptance has the power to change your life for the better and put you area different updated trajectory,
