You cannot tell me with a straight face that 2/10 of your patients don’t need more PT sessions than you’re offering them. But you’re not even bloody offering them what they actually NEED in fear of them turning you down.

This isn’t high school prom.

Don’t be afraid of them saying no. Tell them what they actually need to fix the problem, because they don't know what they need.

They're clueless. If it'll take 9, 15, or 45 sessions to fix your patients pain, tell them and OFFER the option.

Let them decide how much they value their health.
