Sarah Donaldson worked like a dog in the food industry along with her husband, a chef, to make ends meet in Richmond, VA. After months and months of trying to balance their lives and align their schedules, COVID-19 took their lives for a ride and left them both unemployed.
Sarah tells her story of managing her mental health during quarantine, finding peace and self-care practices in her daily life and allowing the unexpected time and space to be productive.
