In our conversation with Dr. Kim Williams we discuss the multifactorial nature of hypertension, or chronically high blood pressure. Dr. Kim talks about ways to you can prevent, manage and even reserve your high blood pressure. He talks about his own experience of developing high blood in college and why that convinced him that genetics wasn't the main culprit when it comes to high blood pressure. He also talks about racial disparities in healthcare and how it relates to chronic health issues, specially high blood pressure.
