Today we are talking with Juli Aldridge.  Juli has been training and coaching direct sales leaders for over 3 decades. As the owner of Juli Aldridge, LLC she works with top-level leaders to build and support large productive sales organizations. She is best known for creating and executing leadership development programs and courses that have brought remarkable bottom-line results to the companies and leaders who have hired her and enrolled in her courses. Before launching her own company in 2022, Juli worked in field development with some of the world’s most respected direct sales companies and previously led award-winning sales organizations at the top level of the compensation and career plan.
