In this episode I talk to you about how to change your story and transform your life

Life is whatever you make it. You get to choose. When I first started out on the path to well-being I didn't know squat, but in time I had this remembrance that life could be amazing but I just had to figure out how.
I remember feeling less than pleased in so many areas and this has happened at different points on my journey. But, when I learned to think differently, change the story I told myself and began to take my attention away from less than pleasing things and focus it on the positive (whilst taking action towards my dreams) things gradually began to change.
And this is also what I want for you too - to live a life happiness health and wellbeing.
The Universe is always eavesdropping on you, about what you think, say and especially feel, so it might as well be something phenomenal - the choice is always yours. When you practice telling a new story you'll eventually grow into it -
because you get what you think about whether you like it or not - that's the law of attraction. And what you keep thinking, eventually becomes a belief which is the story you telling yourself over and over again. .
