 Loads of people suffer in life and in relationships because they maybe communicating but not connecting. And,  I know I've done my fair share  of suffering but as Abraham hicks stated  wisely  that "a happy life,  is just a string of happy moments".

Life is complex with a lot of moving parts. But a richly rewarding life is one with wonderful relationships wherever you go. And the best way to do that is by creating meaningful relationships built on deeper connections.

Part of being human is that we all have needs such as  to be heard, acknowledged appreciated, loved and felt at our core. And in order for that, we have  to share ourselves with the world.
