Joshua Heares is the man behind the brand ‘Porter James Sport’.

Formerly working within the branding & advertising industry, Josh had reached a milestone in his corporate career by the young age of 26, appointed as a manager of the company, working with well known brands from across the world. Despite the early 'success' he was having, he couldn't help but feel as though there was a missing piece of the puzzle as he looked down the barrel of his future within the corporate world.

A conversation with a respected mentor prompted Josh to ask the question 'how do I find my dream job?' to which his mentors answer would change the trajectory of Josh's life & career. The answer was simply a question asked of Josh, 'what does your ideal day look like?'. That question spurred on the creation of a brand that gave Josh the freedom of schedule to do what he loves & set his life up around it. An internal decision to build something that not only lights a fire in his belly, but fuels a life by design.
