This week Jenny and Dan talk about time management - how to get more done!  Sadly, you cannot manage time, it's impossible; however, you CAN manage what you do w/ your time!

We ALL have the same amount of time in each day... Some people just seem to do more productive things in the time they are given.

86,400 sec in a day.
1440 minutes in a day.
168 hours in a week
(the average American wastes 25-50 of those hours a week!)

Example:
168 Hours in a Week:
56-sleep
50-work
14-family
7-gym
5-prep (dress/shower)
10-commute
= 26 hours left over, what did I miss?  How does your schedule looked plugged into this?
