With a positive outlook on the Vegas market, he aims to make a million dollars through flipping and wholesaling, leveraging the current low-interest rates.

To enhance liquidity, Brian plans to sell his rentals and transition to multifamily properties, specifically newer ones requiring minimal renovation. He acknowledges the challenges faced with a rental portfolio and opts for a more focused approach.

In terms of personal development, Brian emphasizes the importance of clear goals. His goals for this year follow the WEALTHY pattern, with goals for: worship, education, affluence, lifestyle, team, and health. His Worship goals include commitments such as reading the Bible daily, going on mission trips, tithing a significant amount, and involving his wife in church activities.

On the professional front, Brian aims to grow his personal brand, recognizing real estate as a tried-and-true avenue for success. For education, he plans to attend digital marketing events, hire a coach, and read 20 books. Financially, he targets a net of 2 million dollars, with a specific goal of having 1 million dollars in his bank account after taxes.

For lifestyle he plans on taking vacations and providing enough income for his mother to retire. He also has the goal to increase his social media following.

For his team, Brian is prioritizing family time, aiming for weekly date nights with his wife and monthly individual dates with each child. He aspires to achieve fitness milestones like benching and squatting 305 and breaking 85 in golf.
