When we look externally at everything that is going on around us, we observe people's highlights. In doing this, we can get down on our current situation and get into the "grass is greener on the other side" mindset.
We have to learn how to be in constant appreciation for our current situation. When you become a positive observer of your life, that allows you to learn from everything happening, this lifts you into positive frequency and allows you to have peace within.
