Bryson is responsible for the overall strategic direction and executive management of Reaume Richardson. His knowledge was built from the ground up, as he worked in the trades for half a decade before moving into executive management.

He's passionate about aligning the firm's vision, values, and targets so that Reaume Richardson can maintain the highest standards for their employees, partners, and clients. His long history in the industry and his service in the military have taught him the value of an honest day’s work and the importance of maintaining relationships, something he instills at all levels of the company.
