Todd has bought and sold over $200 million of investment real estate and currently owns over $150 million of multi-family and Senior Assisted Living in 5 states.  He is the owner of Cretin Construction, and is licensed as a general contractor. His focus is on syndicating value-add Senior living and multi-family in emerging markets.
