I am on cloud 9 right now following the Women’s Retreat this past weekend. There were so many amazing breakthroughs and moments that cannot be put into words. I’ll do my best to share a little more detail about this at the beginning of this episode. I’m also grateful to be able to help some of you out with two extremely vulnerable questions today.

[9:03] "I'm starting a new business in music therapy. I have extensive training and blend the healing power of music with spirituality and mysticism. I feel so confident in my abilities and expertise. But what's holding me back is my family. My family is deeply religious and doesn't approve or agree with my spiritual approach. They think it's woo and that it's not a real job. I wish I didn't care, but I do. Any advice you have would be great."

[17:46] "I'm in a really tough work situation. I've been at my company for a decade and I've been instrumental in helping the company grow. Unfortunately, my boss is extremely toxic and it's not a safe work environment at all. I just can't seem to leave. Sometimes he's kind, but then will suddenly turn abusive. I can feel I want his approval when I do something really well and get disappointed when he doesn't notice me. Ugh, I hate even typing it. Any support would be really appreciated."
