With interest rates on the rise I thought I'd share a number of simple ways you can increase the rent on your investment property in 2023.
After having talked with more than 1000 investors between 2020 and 2023 I would say that more than 80% of investors are not currently charging their tenants market rent in 2023.
According to Core Logic, rents are expected to rise by another 10% in Australia in 2024.
