After last week's very triggering episode (check out "Episode 16 - How to know your partner is cheating" if you haven't), we are on the other side of the spectrum this week. How to know you have found or you are with 'the one'. We appreciate that 'the one' means different things to everyone. We also know that the one may not be this 'soul mate' but it is the one who aligns with you in a healthy way and you are both committed to each other. That said, we will are using 'the one' for the purposes of this conversation. The one who you want to spend your life with, the one who has inspired the best in you, the one who you have a happy, healthy relationship with and are committed to have a future with. We have been with enough wrong ones to know that there is something different about the ones we find ourselves with now. We each have different reasons why but the feeling is the same. An episode about love. Not everyday toxic matters.
