I asked one simple question....where could I be if I bought and held property in Brisbane for the next 15 years?
Example 1
John bought 1 property today for $1,000,000 and plans to hold it for the next 15 years. If his property increased in value by an average of 5% p.a. for the next 15 years.
In 15 years John’s property would be worth more than $2,000,000.
Example 2 – Sue
Sue bought 2 properties today for $600,000 each and plans to hold them both for the next 15 years. If her properties increased in value by an average of 5% p.a. for the next 15 years.
In 15 years Sue’s properties would be worth more than $2,400,000. It’s exciting to think about where you could be 15 years from today based on a few smart decisions today.
