Negativity can create downward spirals in our lives. We can get fixated on what is going wrong, leading us into patterns that end up causing more pain. In this video, I will share my perspective on negativity, what it is, how we can look at it, and ways we can shift the pattern of negativity by using the four Greek elements: Fire, Water, Earth, and Air. By understanding the four elements, we can see our pattern not as a problem but rather as a pattern that seeks us to understand it. We will talk about Bee Balm/Bergamot, Rose, American Ginseng, Angelica, and a few other herbs that work with the elements to shift these patterns and create more ease and healing.
