In this episode I talk about the spiritual law of circulation. Everything in life has energy and that energy if it isn't used positively becomes stuck energy,  Water that doesn't flow, eventually becomes stagnant and creates a  stench. This analogy is the same in our lives. If something isn't working whether it be your job, your relationships, your money  or your health, it needs fresh movement to get the energy flowing again. 

We are built to move and the world is always moving as it rotates around the sun. Nothing ever stays still.
