We have owned and operated more than a dozen companies for almost 20 years.
We have had many successes and many not so successful ventures together.

One thing has always stood out after all of the trial and error with our processes and people involved with our businesses... Self starters!

IF we were able to be motivated to get to the next task, the next action, even to the next thought without being pushed by some outside source... we knew we could succeed!

After noticing this as the common denominator of the success of each of our companies, we decided to implement this into the lives of our children.
We want our children to be able to do whatever they want to do.
We want them to be able to thrive in a career working for others, see massive success owning and operating their own ventures or whatever it may be!

The only way that they can thrive and be successful is if they learn what makes them tick and motivates them to go after it!
This is what we have tried to instill in our children and just like everything... we have some wins and some losses!
But man are the wins cool and the losses teach us how to pivot and keep cruising and crushing!
