Dethroning Your Inner Critic Podcast

How to Rewire Your Mind for What's Truly Possible

Listen Later

In this episode of the Dethroning Your Inner Critic Podcast, I'm unpacking how your brain is constantly predicting your reality—and how those invisible predictions shape what you see, feel, and attract. For years, I kept replaying the same patterns, not realizing my mind was filtering life through old beliefs about who I was and what was possible. But once I learned how to close the gap between what I desired and what I believed, everything shifted. When your mind and nervous system finally align, you stop chasing and start allowing—and that's when life begins to unfold with ease, flow, and a sense of grounded trust.

✨ If you've ever felt caught between what you deeply want and what you secretly doubt, this episode will show you how to bridge that gap—so you can move from resistance to alignment, and create your life from a place of calm, grounded belief.

Your weekly reflection questions:

  • Where in your life do you think your brain might still be running an old story — one that keeps showing you the same patterns over and over again?

  • Think about something you really want right now. On a scale of 1–10, how much do you actually believe it's possible for you? What's one small thought that could help you believe it just a little bit more?

  • When you feel fear, doubt, or resistance around your goals — what belief might be hiding underneath that feeling? How could you reframe it into something like, "It's safe for me to…" that actually feels true and comforting?
