Our guest today is Emma Franklin Bell, a wonderful friend of mine. We connected a few years back because we both love business and after our first conversation realised we both had a dancing background and well the rest is history! She started dancing at the age of 7 and since then studied dance full time, taught for studios across the country and even created her own preschool dance program called Fairy Footsteps that she sold in 2014. Today she’ll be sharing with us what works and what doesn’t when your aim is to build a studio with preschool classes running at capacity and we’ll be talking about her new book How To Run A Preschool Dance Studio.
