Within properly holding no-contact, women have to understand 2 things, this journey is meant for your highest initiation and 2, you DO NOT want to romanticize rejection which we see a lot amongst women. There is medicine and power within reclaiming your energy and taking away your presence from someone who did not value it. Whether you have children with this person or not, you have the option of removing yourself from them completely and whole heartedly. Within the maiden feminine archetype, the maiden will feel powerless and as if shes a victim and this will make her easy to manipulate from people who want to take advantage of her.
