In this episode, we will dive in to understand and harness the frequencies we operate in.

We're going to work with some powerful "I am" statements related to health, wealth, and happiness. As you say these statements with me, pay close attention to how they make you feel, and we'll explore the significance of your emotional reactions in a moment.

The first statement is: "I am love." Say it: "I am love." Repeat it a few times: "I am love, and I operate in peace and fulfillment." This statement reminds me every day that I am love itself, and I navigate my life in a state of peace and fulfillment. Take a moment to let that sink in.

Let's move on to the next statement: "I am a millionaire, and I receive millions of dollars a year." Say it with conviction: "I am a millionaire, and I receive millions of dollars a year, and it fulfills me." I'm excited each day, knowing I have the financial abundance to do anything. Repeat it: "I am a millionaire, and I receive millions of dollars a year, and I'm thrilled because every day, I wake up with the means to pursue my dreams."

Now, onto the third statement: "I am healthy, and I make healthy decisions." Join me in saying it: "I am healthy and make healthy decisions. I'm excited every day because I choose health in everything I do and am proud of myself." It feels great to know that every choice I make, whether related to food, speech, or the company I keep, aligns with a healthy lifestyle. Say it again: "I am healthy and make healthy decisions."

These three statements touch on health, wealth, and happiness. Pay close attention to how you felt when you said these statements. Some may resonate deeply, while others might stir resistance. Exploring your emotional responses is crucial because they provide insights into your beliefs and attitudes.

Take, for example, the statement about being a millionaire. Does it make you proud or trigger thoughts like, "Who would say that? It's boasting. That's too much money." These reactions reveal your beliefs about wealth and success. If you believe that millionaires must harm others to achieve their status, you're unlikely to pursue financial abundance actively.

The same principle applies to positivity and happiness. You might struggle to embrace a positive mindset if you perceive positive people as negative or think they're simply avoiding challenges. Remember, our beliefs shape our reality. If you hold negative beliefs about health, wealth, or happiness, they'll likely hinder your progress in these areas.

Consider this: Can you imagine a world where you can have it all? Where can you be loving, healthy, and financially abundant and still contribute positively to society? It's possible! You get to decide who you are and the frequencies you resonate with.

For instance, if you're a loving person healed from past traumas, you radiate that healing energy to the world. Your internal state is constantly shared with those around you. If you uplift yourself internally, you should also aim to expand in health, wealth, and happiness, aligning your experiences with your higher purpose.

Ultimately, it's not about what you have but who you are and the impact you want to make. Listen to your feelings and opinions about these statements, for they reflect your self-perception and shape your reality.

Remember, the world reflects your internal state. How you perceive the world is a direct reflection of how you see yourself.
