Instead of: "I need to get this right"

Try: "I can make one decent decision today."

This removes pressure and helps you take action.

🧠 When Overwhelm Hits

Pause and ask:

  • What am I feeling right now?
  • What do I actually need?

Then take one small step forward.

You don't need a perfect Monday. You need a possible Monday.
