It’s episode 3 of The Bachelor, and Joey is already having to navigate a mean girl situation. The bad news is that the villain is extra spicy and a whole lotta clueless. The good news is that Maria was able to shut the nonsense down with one sentence. 

Some Guy in Austin and I marvel at Maria’s line and discuss several other important matters, such as:

Can the art of kissing be considered a talent?

What are the odds those women ate the KFC at the pool party?

How mad was Jenn upon learning her one-on-one date was surfing and she spent all that time curling her hair?

Does confessing the fact that the women in your family are all single imply that y’all are a band of merry murderesses, and exactly what shade of red is that flag?

The answer is deep, deep crimson.

Nowadays, there are so many cringy icebreakers that we have to edit it down from thirty to the top fifteen most embarrassing mishaps.

Some Guy in Austin and I discussed how many times I hid behind my couch cushion, and let me tell you, dear listener, it was a lot. There were balls, and bananas, and disappointing chemistry experiments. Not to mention the fact that one problematic girl actually waved her own red flag.

Hello everyone!

Well, it’s the most wonderful time of year, which means I finally have the podcast you’ve all been waiting for…our Hallmark Christmas Movie special with Stephanie! In case you already have figured it out, I L-O-V-E-D this Hallmark Christmas Movie, and it’s not just because I’ve been to the Biltmore. It’s mostly because I spent CHRISTMAS at the Biltmore last year!

Well, it’s day three of our mission trip, and guess what? I don't cry once in this episode. Did I cry during the day? Of course, I did. But there were no tears on the podcast. I consider that growth.
