It’s Q+A day! Heidi and Ellen discuss Ellen’s class ReLaunch and Heidi’s poetry class at Esalen this spring. They also talk about the book Tom Lake by Ann Patchett, which Heidi just finished and loved.

They then take a question from Ashley. Ashley is a mom of a young child. She has always wanted to write fiction. When her son was born she started writing a novel while he napped. It took her four years, but she finished it! She then wrote two screenplays. She has a desire for a career and financial independence. She wonders if it is time to put her writing into the world and get paid as a professional writer.
