E102 | "I Skipped University to Learn Plumbing | What Happened Next Will Shock You"In this week's episode of Trade Legends, @MJTiffPlumbing is joined by Jess from @Plumbingjess (Insta)Jess considered herself to be very academic, but she knew the university route wasn't going to be for her. She wanted to pursue a more 'hands-on' career, but unfortunately this wasn't available to her at the time. After studying hair dressing for a couple of years, she had a string of different jobs but none that she felt were particularly fulfilling. It wasn't until she started studying plumbing in her spare time that she knew this was the path she was always meant to be on. Jess is currently studying a 2 year Gas Engineering course, along side working for a company that works in social housing, allowing her to experience the real world of plumbing. We are also joined by Hollie of 'HolliesHeating' to discuss International Women's Day, acknowledging the ongoing debate about whether it is still relevant in 2025.
