First up we've got some life updates: apparently we are doing a live show tour (was news to producer Keeshia), Britt is making us all move to Adelaide and Laura's lady part is going to cross fit. On a more serious note, Britt is having a skin treatment to help prevent skin cancer and this is our reminder to please book your skin check.

We are joined by psychologist Sandy Rea to explore strategies for developing self-control and delayed gratification, as well as ways to help our kids navigate the world of tech & being handed everything with the click of a button.
