This is just a quick message about the new show format....or rather how I am giving up the current show format to go back to the original show format which, since I haven't been using it in a while, now can also be called the new show format!  

Hey folks!  Just a quick update.  I had a slight injury and the ID of the problem is not what you might expect from a runner.  On the mend now but steps have been taken (pun intended) to make sure this doesn't happen again.  Enjoy!
